Pretty Big News

 Well well well . . . I wasn’t expecting to be back with yet ANOTHER post about The Summer I Turned Pretty, but when an announcement as big as a new movie comes out a girls gotta do what a girls gotta do. If you saw my last post regarding the hit TV show, The Summer I Turned Pretty, then you’d know that the show finale just released last week . . . just hours before the creator, Jenny Han, announced a spinoff movie to continue the stories of these characters we know and love so well. Plot twist, right? There’s been speculation as to when this movie will be released, but Han said in an interview it will not be next year. From what we know, the writing process for this film hasn’t even started, so we may be looking at quite a while until then. I guess that just gives us plenty of time to rewatch the series in preparation. Read more about what this movie might look like here.
